its seinen borderline shonen and postapocalyptic/high school/dystopian
and its not super long, still ongoing

if you do watch and read then at some point in the story you have to read Guren Ichinose: Catastrophe at 16 which is a lot of high school content but peak asf. It's supposed to be a separate backstory manga but for one it excels its insanely good

99.9% of mangas are trash.
Here are the legit top 3 mangas of all time: Berserk, Blame, Oyasumi Punpun.
Given that you want school-seinen mangas, Oyasumi Punpun and Girl on the Shore(another manga by the same author) are up your alley. Your mind will be blown.
