i struggle to see myself as an actual character

im so busy overanalyzing myself on the inside i can barely imagine how people see me on the outside

i have layers upon layers to my character, and im hyperaware of it, so i overanalyze it over and over, i cant see myself as an actual character in this world, i can only really see my own core
