Idk why, I hate it so much ive for along time struggled with this when people speak to me i look at the ceiling or the ground. The worst is when my mother yells at me if I dont make eye contact she will yell more, also my parents constantly tell me to make eye contact. Not sure whats wrong with me but eye contact just makes me so uneasy I just dont like it

Its kind of like that but also a bit of discomfort, im sure i have some form of neurodivergence as almost every single person ik comments how I dont interact normally. Most people talk to me similar to a kid even when there my age

I've never held eye contact too until one of my class mates moved his head right at the wall i was looking at while talking to him (so that I look into his eyes while we're talking). I felt so dominated that day and since then I just forced myself and now I dont feel anything type of way looking someone right into their eyes, doesnt matter if its a guy or a stacy, in fact sometimes i like to stare into people that have eye contact problems just to fuck with them

yeah the red pill alpha guys. The truth is you can just watch videos of celebrities and just see how they do it. It's gonna feel natural to you when to break it or not. My biggest test of eye contact was with a girl from tinder when we were sitting on her couch and we just kept getting closer to each other, that shit challenged me who I thought I got that shit perfected, I was internally fighting the battle to not starting to look around like a scared bitch

As others said it can be autism or just general social axienty, autistic peole do it bcs they are just anxious when talking to other people. I struggle with eye contact also and dont be ashamed of it (you are prob just ND). Btw my mom is mad everytime i spend time with her bsc i dont make eye contact JFL.

It might be because you see their eyes, and they see yours and your face and you don't want to be seen. At least that's how I've figured it is for me
