I've been trying to cut (not fully commiting) for basically a year now and have lost basically no bf. I have no discipline i swear but its probably for the best anyway as i havent finished development and i dont eat like shit most of the time.

Today I keep going to the cupboard and drinking golden syrup straight jfl.
