I swear I hear noises every night

I am not kidding every single night ever since I was a kid I've been hear noises after 1 am. EVERY DAY.
These sounds range from some one jumping walking, or moving furniture ( a thud) . But recently these sounds have been more active. Just 3 days ago I heard a bottle shattering and found no broken glass around the house.
