I made my neck look much thicker without training it because the traps gave a very good thickening illusion.

I don’t train traps tbh because it would contribute to a narrow look but im sure it helps your neck width

It’s good to have a thick neck, very dimorphic trait, but you still need to have a decent face for it to halo. Like with orb

On a serious note you're absolutely right. One of the biggest failos people usually miss is neck posture/thickness.
