Korean/Mongolian/SEA cuisine are rich in meats.
Whenever I try to eat grains, carbs, or wheats like European I feel lower test, but when I eat meats soup, bbq meats, ribs, bone marrow I feel so much stronger and my body is more defined and toned.
Common misconception of foreigners thinking Asian only eat noodles, rice carbs based diet is kinda funny. Because in reality even white girl I was with always ask why Asian eat so much meats.
I think Asian evovled to eat meats maybe because at that time it was freezing cold around Siberia and you can’t grow stupid wheat, grains so people rely on domestic and wilk animals meats.
