I think hip fat and gyno is related

Like most of the people with gyno has side hip fat too unless u got it from roids naturally they have female fat distribution like me I have gyno and also side hip fat I will first lose all this fat and see what happens to gyno but actually it's hard losing fat for us estrogenic cels last time I used nicotine which is aromatase inhibitor but I don't wanna use it now are there any natural ways to reduce aromatase
