After years of consuming all sorts of self improvement; I think I am going to stop completely. My mind did improve a lot, but I ended up with permanent schizophrenia from all the meditation/cleansing/vibration stuff i did. I’m just gonna ldar max and hope all this hallucination stuff fades away. All my efforts were for nothing.
