I think I am hitting another growth spurt

After I started taking iodine, vitamin k2, and doing freakkforlife's stretches, I started to get slight growth pains in my knees and ankles.

The plan is to hit 6 feet.

Pretty sure I am almost at 5'9

Its not that the growing pains are super painful but you can feel them in specific spots. It has this like soreness feeling to it.

i have it in signature, i never hit a real growth spurt, i just grew into 5 7 at 18, that means throughout my teen eyars i was always the shortest or the second shortest

This shits happening to me and im 22 in a few months, measured at 181 at 18 and now am 182.5 but most of the growth has been recent, my pants are getting too short but may have just shrunk lol. I heightmogged my brother the other day, stood back to back and the people at the party said I was taller, he is 182 so I have grown. Honestly there is a visual difference between 5'11 and 6 foot that you can only tell in people who have measured barefoot and not frauded.
