I mean it would be a rational guess because I know where he is from and I know in which country he lives. It would be a good guess considering the national average in that country.

iq doesn’t exist

It does exsist and its easily measured. It's mostly how much things one can hold I. His mind and also how the person can manipulate these things at the same time.
