just cold turkey it nigga have some willpower and stoicism jesus christ. i quit 2 yrs ago after smoking every day for 5 and haven’t looked back since. i lit just decided to smash my shi one day and never looked back

Bro first thing is switching to snus or cigs if you vape its so hard to quit because taking puffs every now and again is too easy where as smoking you need to go out of your way to do it
