I think I found the way to calculate the ideal IPD

I tested this on a pic of Lachowski. This ratio seems to be equal to the Golden Ratio.

obv from pic, draw vertical lines the width of your face and draw 1 vertical line at the start of the inner eye lid.

distance between that last line to one side of your face compared to the distance to the other side is the ratio hes talking about
