Hello people of the org recently I was doing study on bones and bonesmashing in general and i started expiriementing with it 2 times a day, spot hitting the zygos and mandible. And actually, it worked. I build new bone altough probably not real bone but a mix of osteophytes or ossifiled hematoma or woven bone. The problem is it created assymetry on my mandible and it ended up being a failo. Does anyone have sum insight on what i should do to reverse this (osteotomy surgery on the mandible maybe ?). I would appreciate the advice and the medical insight

Stop hitting your face and let the swelling subside. You'll be ok.

Only hit the weaker side for a while then, i guess
points taken from my expirience: Do not hit with a hammer: However perfect you think you hit your skull you cant be certain of the symmetry that will result. Bonesmashing does work, consult a doctor for implants or filler is the better choice IMO

Hello again, its been a while and the swelling has went away! Not the bone built tho. Bonesmashing does work and however perfect someone thinks they can hit their face you are never sure of the results.

The temporary swelling must've gone away by now

indeed. Not the bone tho. And its not the round appealing bone, its a mix of pointy bone and such, probably osteophytes or woven bone or result of osteofied hematoma. I hit both sides with equal turns equal force. One side grew larger. Which means bonesmashing cannot guarantee appealing, symmetrical results however perfect your hits may be. I would stay away from it given my new found wisdom. It was all cope, hardmaxxing is the only way for symmetrical, appealing results.

start masai jumping for perfect symmetry, i went from 34% symmetry to 98% after 2 years of consistent masai jumping and thumb pulling

Wise words spoken my bhai 🙏 i will continue my thumbpulling ritual and add masai jumps to truly ascend (to mordor)
