I think I have a really rare kind of hair loss

I noticed recently shedding but not really severe enough to be considered concerning by most doctors, however I think that there has been thinning but on only ONE SIDE around the temple area but not the actual hair above the forehead.

I'm mainly wondering if this is due to some kind of deficiency or early sign of androgenic alopecia.
 
Androgenic alopecia almost always starts on one temple until the other one catches up, if youre losing hair specifically in your corners youre balding

no the corners havent changed so i'm not really panicking, I was thinking of dermastamping my right temple because i might get more thickness
