Well @NZb6Air goodnight retard

the process of chondrocyte proliferation and differentiation is affected by key factors (such as Sox9, Runx2, BMPs) and cell signals (such as Wnt, TGF-β, FGF, Ihh, and Nocth), thereby promoting the synthesis of ECM and expressing the characteristics and functions of chondrocytes.

Also @NZb6Air if u didn’t know
The regulation of chondrocyte growth and maturation does not depend on the single role of a signal molecule, but the interaction and coordination of several molecules

knee pain with little to no physical activity. I thought it'd make sense but since there's no swelling i dont think it's osgood schlatter

I'm still winning the most obscure combination of rare disorder lottery, osgood-schlatter is quite common.

you'd need several hundred thousands worth of growth hormone a year in order to mimick what I have.
howd u get to begin with it

my great grandfather had gigantism and I probably inherited the gene for it but didn't have any symptoms until I was 25 and didn't get diagnosed until earlier this year.

it's not severe enough to warrant medication yet but it's progressive so that can happen at any point.

acromegaly doesn't make you tall it just makes you look like a neanderthal.

inflammation is constant if it goes away and returns it's more likely to be arthritis or a bone fragment in the knee.

The pain I have flares up at night but during the day when I'm at college the pain is barely there. Like some days I go out and I forget I even have it.

my family has a history of getting random calcium depositions in joints and that has similar symptoms, my father has it in his elbows and my niece just got a CT done to confirm she has it as well in both her knees.

usually doesn't hurt during the day, only flares up at night.

Just took a shower and the pain has gotten duller and duller.
