How the fuck did the first one end up with those masseters? God damn
Pm pic maybe so I get what you mean. From what I heard bruxism prevents increased vertical height but from what I"ve seen it can make jaws really blocky tooPhotoshop
I used to have extremely bad bruxism and had a decent jawline then. (nothing like the left pic though). My friends said I had a "steelix jaw" and I thought that was a bad thing lol. That was probably when I had the most success with women though. Chewing mastic gum now to work on getting it back without inducing the insane TMJ pain I also had during that time. Only a few weeks in and seeing some results in masseter size... also in temporal size though which is not great. but eh i've seen worse. i might get my forehead muscles botoxed so they atrophy but we'll see. it can look kinda scary when they're 'pumped' right after i've chewed for an hour.
same bro... low set gonions + long ramus and long mandibleHigh set gonions, short ramus or what? Sorry to hear. Narrowjawcel here too but with low-set gonions and long ramus.
We're on the safe side then because the guy in the middle seems to have high-set gonions and short ramus. I'm more like the guy on the right currently.same bro... low set gonions + long ramus and long mandible
have you the second pic with chewing or not ?

Chewing has expanded my upper dental arch visibly.I don't look like that anymore. I don't think I got much bone growth from it, but a lot of muscle growth is what creates the effect. I still have a crap gonial angle but my larger masseters are filling out the area a bit. If my muscles get huge again I might post pics or vids flexing them. I also need to lower my bf% a few. I'd love hollow cheeks but my zygos are too crap and my buccinators/buccal fat are quite large as well. Chewing doesn't work for everyone though for some people it might just make your jaw rounder looking or your cheeks puffy. For me though I just go with the theory that what works well will look good most of the time so I think it's worth trying. If you make your masseters huge with chewing and it doesn't look good, it really won't take long for them to atrophy once you stop chewing. But if it is an improvement it's well worth it... maybe the very best sub 100 dollar looksmax.
Is 11.5 a good length for the mandible? And how do you measure your ramus? I know how to measure everything except these two. :/same bro... low set gonions + long ramus and long mandible

there is no minimum or maximum lenght, it's not what's important on lower thirdIs 11.5 a good length for the mandible? And how do you measure your ramus? I know how to measure everything except these two. :/
Oh that's a relief, if you're talking about mandible length that is, but what about ramus?there is no minimum or maximum lenght, it's not what's important on lower third
