While lifting weights, hope it doesn't take long to heal, Need to increase my frame asap

take a few days off and see. usually its just a small bursitis or inflammated tendon that goes away with rest and icing.

if you dont take proper rest it will be chronic and fuck u up longterm like it did for me, i needed surgery

to prevent it from happening again go for death hangs everyday for 30-60 seconds, it makes ur shoulder insanely strong.

i fucked up my knee tendons 2 monts ago and my shoulder tendon quite recently. what can i even do the doctors told me that i can't do shit about it
