It's just over for me to be honest

I'm really mentally unwell for months, it's bipolarity mixed with BDD and me not being able to open up mumbling my words sometimes talking to my family because I'm scared of them and they judge me super hard especially my sister, I feel more free with my IRL friends but I don't talk to them so much too because they don't understand me most of the time, it's just hard to be honest
