Recently ive been looking into occultism and demonology and luciferianism and all that stuff so I thought I would try master the dark arts as its my only hope of living a good life although last night I felt something come into my body in bed and my body had the urge to do horrible acts but oh well. My name also means bringer of light the same as lucifers

It is a technique created by Gary craig where you call upon the unseen therapist (god, Holy Spirit etc). And you “bring the spirit in you” to clear out any negative feelings.
