Do you taste blood or is it just acid? You probably have acid reflux, which can result in shortness of breath and chest pain. It can actually bring about symptoms that mimic heart attack symptoms. Go to a doctor, first off, but on your own, you got to change your diet around and lose weight.

My arms, legs, are fat as hell when I grab it and my belly is like 42 inches . yeah I've left it way too long and food is like a drug. I don't think it helps that my family are all bigger than me and get takeaways like everyday
