I think if I workout you'll see I don't have wide hips it's just my lower back fat and waist fat but rate my obilques

It's not even that wide, it looks wider cause you don't have pecs

It's horrible though ain't it I feel like I could be taller which Is why I have horrible stretch marks I think i have anterior pelvic tilt but I don't know would be good if you could bump this though

yeah it seems like you have a small waist and wide hips like me but i have wide shoulders to make me look less feminine, it doesnt look bad from the front though

I measured at the top of your V line aka your waistline

you should have a 1.6 shoulder to pelvis at LEAST

You seem overweight in the back shots but lean in the front shots, maybe you took them at different dates? Your upper back is a bit
underdeveloped, you could hit it with facepulls, t bar rows, bent over rows or dumbell rows or inverted rows
Also fix your posture, your shoulders are rounded forward reducing your shoulder to waist ratio, your hips aren't excessively wide but its not ideal either
