My blood work came back normal but a person shouldn’t feel this sleep deprived after 9 hours of sleep I can’t get out of bed and the headaches sting, call me a bitch but no one should live like this of course I’m going to be sad person idk what’s wrong with me doctors will just rule everything out until I’m not myself

I eat in a surplus, chicken rice fruits no veggies actually eggs fresh peanut butter and lots of Whole Foods beef ect

maybe it's your breathing while sleeping? do you have a crooked nose, or have you ever broken it? ive heard many cases where people had shit sleep because they simply couldnt intake enough oxygen while they were asleep
