U should mew yeah
Instead of thumb pull u can try towel method(it should be more effective for forward growth)
At 14 if u go down the path of peptides and other shit like that u will definetly get bonemass and other things BUT BE CAREFUL

Yes bro towel method gives you forward growth but I need a wide maxilla and that goes upwards so my undereye don’t appear Drupy

Thumb pulling should work for that but if u can afford any ortho device i would recommend it since it way easier and more efficient
