If your skin ever stings when you wash or put cream on you have a damaged skin barrier so don’t wash for 3 days and apply lotion twice a day I know it sounds reverse, but it work for me

ima try microneedling after accutane if it will even work

my skin is so shit even my body gets stretchmarks easily, such trash collagen

And u haven’t seen any results at all? that’s a total dose of 5400mg - try running it for 3 more months or upping the dose to 80mg

Yeah only changed was my nose and some decrease in inflammation nothing much besides that

Ima keep running it tho
