Dont take 1mg per day. Break the pills into quarters to lower the dosage instead

It can shrink testicles, dunno about D. Either way, take 1mg a day 3 times a week. Or 0.5 everyday. Or even 0.5 every 3 days at minimum.

Reducing dosage is best if u have side effects. The benefits also aren't that much less. Should return to normal after a while

Well without a solid measurement before and after there is no way to know for sure, but as far as I am aware there is no way that anything can decrease your penis size other than mechanical surgery. Hormones can change many things like your hair and fat level and testosterone and therefore your testicle size, but to change your penis size there would have to be a structural effect on your penis. I would agree with other people that you should lower your dose but I wouldn't worry about it shrinking your dick
