Its cope imo you need proportional height gain to look good not long legs and short arms torso frame ect looks weird.

Being taller means your physically bigger. Like for example lean I am 150 at 5'9-10 but for him lean is like 120. putting 4 inches of leg bones will not change that. I would only recommend it if you got a super long torso and wingspan/frame. The taller you are the more surface area you should have on your body otherwise shoe lifts achieve the same results without mutilating the body imo.

4 inches of height is like 40 pounds added weight due to bigger surface area of your body even if your both lean thats what makes height a good trait your presence is bigger you take up more space both in surface area/volume and vertically too. with the same amount of weight training and lean I am still like 20-30% bigger its not due to magical inches its because height follows an inverse square law
