I think my nose is fat bc of my blackheads

My nose was always slim but ever since I got blackheads it’s just fat nose, it’s weird. I wanna know how to fix it, I think it’s because the pores are filled which made it bigger so I wanna close the pores/get rid of the blackheads. How tho? I know accutane kinda works for that but anything else?

Tret increases skin cell turnover and shrinks the pores. Hydrocortisone fixes the inflammation.

None of them close the pores. If ur nose looks fat due to oil buildup, treating the clogged pores improves the appearance but won’t structurally change it

Ok, my nose isn’t like big because of the bone, it’s kinda like a slide, it’s just wide kinda/ fat and it only got like that ever since my black heads and after little research I think it’s because of just clogged pores, I pretty much just wanna shrink them so thank you for the help, might sound dumb but if they shrink with while having dirt could the dirt stay in there

If the pores shrink while still clogged, the debris inside doesnt stay trapped long-term, because pores are not rigid tubes, they are basically openings of hair follicles that are constantly undergoing turnover, so dont worry about it

Does the tretinoin percent depend on the skin type? Because I heard of how there’s different ones and I don’t know if I should get something little that won’t do much or something my to strong for my skin

There are some slight differences, its just that 0.05% is the gold standard
