I have been struggling with focusing on certain tasks for a long period of time lately.I have been getting insufficient sleep from 2024.I also frequently stay sleep deprived.I don't know if my brain is functioning properly or not but I think lack of sleep is the issue with me.My attention span has been terrible from the past 2 days.I sit down to do a task,forget the task right after and either waste time in social media or just daydream for 1-2 hours in bed
