Every morning I wake up in agony from my stomach.I cant eat no more and the pain is unbearable

Damn son head to the doctor. Stress can cause stomach problems but not permanently. You might be goofing up your organs, you should head to the doctor and have it checked out

It will get better, I get the same stomach problems from stress
