Only eat if you're hungry or have a craving.
Don't eat everytime you're hungry or have a craving, but only eat if you do.
So many of us use food as a crutch to overcome bad feelings or as a vice to induce good feelings. There's nothing inherently wrong with that, but if you want to get ripped then you need to change your relationship with food. It's something we eat to nourish ourselves and provide sufficient energy for whatever we want to do in life.
For example; I bought some nature candy (it's basically nuts and dried fruit with chocolate coating and stuff) to have today, but I didn't feel a need to have it so I just had a nicotine pouch instead. I already had 3 meals with protein so there's really no need to have it right now.
