Water thread perhaps, but it's something most of us don't do consistently.

I'm gonna start writing down things that are important to me but that I'm currently not putting enough time and effort into.

You should put either looksmaxing or approaching -- preferably both -- on there. Everything else is cope.
 
Yea I write down my goals and objectives everyday. Keeps me focused

Keeping too many things in ur mind is not óptima. Write down and then u can "forget about it" as in general lunes u remember u just need to have a read thats it

Sure, set out to approach someone everyday if that's something you want! Looksmaxxing is great, but can be hard to quantify, iykwim. "Look better" is a vague goal, but do feel free to add some suggestions.

I remember that when I was a kid, I've read a self improvement book about how to achieve your goals, and the need to write them down. I wrote on a piece of paper what I wanted to get from life: billions of dollars, huge house, big yacht, luxury cars, etc., then I left my room and my parents found that paper, they thought I was losing it and going insane...

Start a gymcel routine. Slowly add to it. Make realistic diet goals. Sunscreen + retinol if oldcel.
