and then i started taking "naps" between 5 PM an 10 PM, sometimes waking up fully energized right before midnight

in all honesty, feels worse and more alienating than being a heroin addict

you put it quite well, going through the night after waking up when its dark is as lonely as it gets

whats the reason that you dont change these habits? btw ive done this a lot of times and it feels so shitty when i wake up. napping in the evening ALWAYS gave me weird nightmares too idk why

whats the reason that you dont change these habits? btw ive done this a lot of times and it feels so shitty when i wake up. napping in the evening ALWAYS gave me weird nightmares too idk why

i can't, i'm too weak-willed (no pun intended)

have the same experience with those weird dreams that make you feel off as fuck for days

I sleep at 5am and wake up at 2pm

I pretty much talk to zero people irl other than my younger brother or mum, but these aren't genuine conversations if you know what I mean.

Hence why I spend so much time here, a horrible subpar alternative to human connection/socialisation

5am to 2pm sounds much healthier than 5pm to 10pm for me, id really hate waking up at 10pm, only for a very short and rare period i did sth similar that felt a bit ok years ago

Yeah this is mostly not possible for anyone with any responsibilities or dependencies

its strange hours to be sleeping and waking up but some jobs have shifts that demand it or work alone. anyway i just rly hate sleeping at evenings

obviously. when i act properly, i feel good, when i act on default mode, i feel normal, when i act like a retard with 0 self-control, i feel like a retard
