I thought my ears sticking out too much was the problem but I realized how big my ears were just after the operation and that's actually the problem ! Big ears are one big subhuman failo.

I wasted almost 5000 $ for this useless surgery..what I needed in fact was macrotia ear reduction surgery practiced by very few surgeons.

Yes I'm currently overweight and I'm working on weight loss. I decided to get rhino secondly as this operation is more expensive and requires more research (I've got a thick ethnic bulbous nose, otoplasty on other hand was cheaper and easy to do). I'm typically Mediterranean looking but my nose give me more of a middle-eastern look. You are rigjt I shall never do a fade or any of those haircuts tbh.

As much as I don't like the nose from front view, having a birdish type of nose doesn't really bothers me. I just hate the fact that it's droopy and thick.
