Literally means nothing. I work in a dentistry with actual orthodontists/dentists who have extensive knowledge and experience, even they say thumbpulling doesn’t make sense and will do more harm than good. I’d rather listen to them than some low iq retards who can never show evidence or studies of “thumbpulling” being effective
