Family and friends don't give a fuck about your problems. When I told my family member about things I struggle with, I heard "it's not that bad, you exaggerate". Funny thing is, when I found balls to go to doctor, he said I am not exaggerate and that's legit problem. I mean your family probably love you, but they won't help you. Even if truck will hit you tommorow, you will lose your legs, arms and half of you face they will still tell you, you are good. You have to do these things yourself. Go to doctor/psychiatrist with whatever problem you have. BTW, psychiatrist are trash so you are fucked.
