I tried raw eggs

I tried it and they taste good. The egg yolks. They're great. I started with 3 now I'm doing 5. I'm think about not doing it anymore but yeah atleast I tried them they taste great.


Salmonella is rare af I shouldn't worry but yeah I'm thinking about just eating eggs, not raw anymore.

its my go to with any food really. raw yolks are incredible.

even when im having more cheat style meals like noodles or white rice ill still crack a raw egg on top of it and mix it with the yolk, makes it delicious

heck, lets say you dont like them, you can also blend them with milk and fruits of your choice, makes a nice protein packed drink.
