Nah just do a lean bulk 300 over maintenance, should build mostly muscle.

it will be worth it cuz ur neck region is skinny :feelspanties: Will make you look more masc

Which shade/tone are you using? Also how dark does it make you? I’ve only tried Bondi Sands
tried 2, dark and like this classic one "green?" didnt notice difference
makes me tanned but nothing crazy

The tan is an improvement to your looks.

If you wanna clean bulk find a gym with a scale that measures bodyfat. Find the amount of kcal that makes you gain weight and weight weekly. You should see an improvement in musclemass and an increase / decrease in fat. Stick to that amount of kcal that you're comfortable with. Generally the more fat you gain the more muscle mass you gain.
For me personally 2600-2650 kcal is my sweet spot to gain muscle and a little bit / lose some fat.
I use chronometer to measure the amount of kcal and vitamines I take in and meal prep. So I eat exactly the same amount.
My job doesn't require any movement and I got a decent metabolism so it took some time find the amount of kcal I required.
