Basically stayed in the whole summer of 2022 and didn't talk to anyone, was heavily depressed and shit over studies, started a new school and I realized I became heavily anxious over my surroundings and what I say, I just stayed quiet, it's gotten a bit better though.

You should know that everyone is secretly nervous and afraid to say something stupid or make a mistake in public. The only thing those people do better than you is hide it. often we think that everyone is watching us because we are the protagonists in our lives so it seems like we are being stared at, this is all in your head and mental, break that thought.
