It really depends if you're actively trying to improve using methods on this forum - roids, peps, surgery ect

Ironically my cortisol is high 24/7. My parents are legit evil and constantly spike my cortisol whenever they talk to me.

I am in constant fight or flight mode in the house because I know one of my moms chimp outs could come at any moment.

Agreed, however, I make sure not to make this my life. I go outside, I maintain relationships ect. I'm not on this forum to jester, I ask questions, give out advice ect. I make sure that I get info off this forum that I can take and use to improve my aesthetics.

You just need to find a balance.

I'll find myself dosing off mid conversations with people thinking about shit pharmaceuticals and surgeries i've been researching recently and I'll be subconsciously noticing my flaws whilst interacting with people. Not huge changes, just more noticing of things, and I'll be looking at people faces for longer than normal kind of assessing them in a weird way.

Good suggestion with the apps though, might have to try however, I do already have somewhat of a social life. This forum isn't my entire life, only a proportion.
