asymmetrical upper eyelid exposure is normal.
anyway I don't suggest sleeping on one side because the pressure on your face is asymmetrical and you risk to develop an asymmetrical face.

Can surgery fix this type of asymmetry ? I may have fucked my face by doing this idk

Cats and tigers sleep on side, and look at their symmetry.
