Every few weeks life starts getting decent and sometimes good then it just goes downhill and everytime it gets worse I just feel like roping each time but each time the feeling gets more intense and last time I almost attempted but my mom called me and I didn't go through. Should I just end it all or wait till I 'ascend'

no im just fucked in the head i dont do drugs if I did i think i wouldve killed myself long ago
