it was tough for me aswell i was very short and a late bloomer but before i turned 16 i got a growth spurt so you will get one soon but depends when u hit puberty

Did you have voice break? If yes hop on aromasin bro no guarantee that you will have a growth spurt some people grow not much in puberty

ideally u wanna eat healthy and a lot but its better to eat cookies and stuff than not much, from like 12/16 I was really fat, my brother was really skinny but he slept more did more exercise etc, im 6'4 at 17 he's 5'11 at 19 and I have a 2 cousins who had similar situations and ended up similar, so I think its just important to eat lots even if it has to be junk sometimes, like u might look abit worse not being lean rn but u will be a lot taller when ur older. id say 15% body fat is probably ideal for height growth as a teenager
