Get an accurate miniature scale and start counting your calories using the myfitnesspal app, or macrofactor if you have money. Basically weigh food before you eat it and log it in the app so your caloric intake is calculated.

Make sure you are always at a 200-500 calorie deficit every day, the app will calculate your maintenance for you. This may seem like little but crash diets aren't healthy, so losing fat slowly will be best you just have to be patient.

Make sure to avoid processed foods, high sugar foods, replace soda with diet soda, and try to avoid eating out at restaurants.

Couple this with going to the gym and exercising, you will lose weight healthily and relatively quickly if you stay consistent.

Hey nigger, first off all, get on calorie deficit and start starving from right now, this is the only real advice you will get on this forum. Secondly, we don't rate fat people, cuz we can't see their real bone structure but I will assume you have a really good bone structure considering your eye area. Plus, for the skin, get on glutathione therapy. This is real advice you can trust, I would be very happy if you actually implement these in your real life, BTW right now, you look like a fag. Hope that motivates you to lose weight

Fitness is pure 'softmax' K. Shami ahh cope. Starve (get on water fast). Don't over do, do calorie deficit in betweens.

Aim for 12% bodyfat, lose weight until you get your zygos popped out. I did that too, but fucked up my height cuz I starved myself at 15. Now I am a 5'10 manlet with godly zygos

i think my problem is that after fitness i just eat whole bunch of food, like 700 calories

yo listen, as i said you don't have to starve. after a workout you need to eat something. the problem is what you are eating. if you eat like shit you will feel like shit and you will look like shit. it's easy brah you will just need some time, learn how to eat, figure out how much calories you need, make sure you take a decent amount of protein expecially in a calorie deficit
 
its all my parents fault, they are treating me like a nobody and they are feeding me all of this shit, all i eat daily is fast food and unhealthy food i dont remember the last time i ate something healthy
