yes just focus on a good lifestyle, pubertymaxxing is one of the most effective softmaxxs. you should eat in a 300 caloric surplus with the right diet, you should increase your calories as you grow more. you dont want to dirty bulk because excess fat has estrogenic effects which lead to your plates closing earlier.
You should research diets yourself
