Cold water at the end of the shower, at least 1min, on hair, might make them more straight and better looking you have to try

@Eezz said something about salty water but not sure

It's not all sunshine and roses brother, I have 100% Italian hair and it's always been a fkn nightmare. Too thick, too curly, too many cowlicks, hair growing in different direction. Blow-drying it is a nightmare, straightening it is a nightmare, trying to style it after a certain length is a nightmare. I've had to resort to getting a Japanese hair straightening treatment just to manage it. And that shit is expensive and damaging.

I think what you mean is that you want healthy hair, not exclusively Italian hair lol. Use deep conditioning treatments, leave-in hair masks, and use good quality shampoos and conditioners. Eating a diet rich in monounsaturated fats is crucial for superior hair follicle health - by lubricating the hair follicle internally. Nutrients linked to increasing hair quality refer to monounsaturated fats, omegas, biotin, iron, and protein. Think of nuts, eggs, extra virgin olive oil, vegetables, lean meats, fish, whole-grains, etc.

I promise you man, good general health will equate to good hair health.

And you truly are what you eat.... You wouldn't fill a Ferrari with crap quality gas, so don't do the same to your body.

What are you actually trying to achieve? Saying you want Italian hair is way too ambiguous for us to understand lol
