You have to take the charisma pill, pregab, alc, maybe nic can help u talk to girls, u honestly don’t need to ascend anymore, just practice game.

Flirting with hltbs helped me at first, I was still a little intimidated by them, then after a while started flirting with mtbs, soon, after practicing, you start to realize there no reason to put them on a pedal stool or be scared of them because most of them are corny hoes.

I think once you come to that realization it becomes a lot easier or just stop caring what others think about you, and be confident, ur chilling.
