Anyone have a male model diet?

I've taken up water fasting recently in effort to reach 150lbs by mid-october. The weight fucking falls off but it's not the easiest. I do recommend it as a tool. A 4 day waterfast lost my 9 lbs and I wasn't hungry for 3 more days after.
 
Search in google "Slow-carb diet". Is a diet where you eat mostly protein and veggies and you can lose 20 pounds in 30 days without exercise. You can eat as much as you want of the selected foods btw
