There is an indian grandpa that lives next to me who I have multiple videos of him smoking and them dumping his cigar outside on the grass. I even yelled at him from my window and he just walked away and did it again not too long after.

I was visiting texas not too long ago and I was unfortunate enough to see the invasion first hand
