Don't go to Taban. He is known for botching and is largely just marketing. There are better surgeons out there.

Just find a reputable surgeon who does orbital decompression. It's not a rare surgery. You can find surgeons who do it everywhere, even in the slums of Bangkok or in Turkey.
Just read reviews of former patients before you decide on which surgeon to use.

Eyes are narrow set but maybe it's lens distortion. (Not much you can do about that).

My eyes aren’t deepset which is what failos the most. I swear by Allah, nobody except one trucel I know has my eye area bulginess. I need orbital decompression for my life to begin

No I meant the eyes are slightly too close together, but that can't be changed without OBO (lets be honest most ppl won't get that).
I'd still get fat grafting tbh. Improves the eye area significantly and it's very cheap and non invasive.

Slightly I said, but you're lucky that your eyes are really wide so it kind of masks how close they are together. Wide eyes like yours are actually a halo.
